We are a network of small churches intent on making disciples for Jesus Christ. Our churches exist to mature believers, reach diverse people groups with the Good News that Jesus tells, and to raise indigenous leaders. We are committed to multiplying ourselves by planting more churches.

Our Mission
Our mission, under God, is to grow a network of small multicultural churches who are committed to digging deeply into God’s Word and to living it out obediently. Part of this obedience is actively working to see new people come to Christ and hopefully new churches planted.
Our Story
We are a network of small multicultural churches who are committed to listening to God speak to us through the Bible. We love the Bible, and strive to live it out in our day-to-day.
We meet weekly in smaller gatherings scattered around our neighbourhood, that go deep into God’s word. On the first Sunday of each month we meet together as one big multicultural network, getting together for a time of celebration around God’s word.
Because of the diverse nature of the communities we come from, we are committed to connecting with people who may well be different to ourselves. In this diversity we learn to glorify God together. We also share kids and youth classes, as well as other resources such as finance and training, among our church network.
Is small really beautiful?
Are you wondering why we meet in smaller gatherings most weeks, rather than a traditional larger gathering? Well, this comes from a conviction that to best meet the spiritual needs of each cultural group, we need to raise up lots of leaders from many nations in our multicultural community. Our ideal would be to see small churches of people meeting and studying God’s word in their heart languages. Our small church leaders are regularly trained in how to handle God’s word faithfully in their unique context.
The reality is that because of the multicultural make-up of our pre-existing ‘normal’ church service conducted in English, for many people much of our content was lost in translation. Small gatherings are our way to show we are committed to everyone learning in a way that is accessible, that they can digest and live out.
Small gatherings are also proving to be a great way to support each other, and to urge one another on as we seek to share Jesus with those around us.

But… is this proper church?
This ‘small church’ format might be a little different to what you are used to. Perhaps you wonder if this is really a proper church? This is a question we have grappled deeply with.
The answer we are convinced of is that a real biblical church is defined as a group of people gathered by God to hear his word and respond as his Spirit works in us. Jesus promises to be present when they meet (even if it’s just 2-3 people) and no matter how ordinary (or extra-ordinary!) it looks, it anticipates the heavenly gathering that Jesus has saved us to (Hebrews 12:18-24).
Each church needs elders who fit the biblical criteria (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9), but not special priests or rituals to be legitimate. We believe smaller churches enable us to be this kind of biblical church well in our context because of our diverse community.
